Thank you southwest!! Hugo was great! Problem solved the AC unit, showed me what he was doing and what was going on so I understood. I initially thought it was refrigerant, and that is why my unit wasn't cooling. . It wasn't. Power tripped and blew a coil. . Hugo had the part, he was able to replace it and was wearing a face mask the entire time!!
Thank you Hugo and southwest for keeping me safe during Covid-19 by wearing a mask and keeping my house cool! Definitely my first call next time!

Our AC stopped working during the weekend where it hit 115 in LA.
We called multiple places but no one could accommodate an appointment sooner than the week after. We had one appointment with another company where the technician came in (about 2 hours into our proposed time block), barely looked at the unit, and assessed that we needed to replace that whole thing which would cost $13k and a crane (we live in one of those apartment buildings in the heart of DTLA)?? I was skeptical as I have lived here for 3 years and now in quarantine, I have not once seen anyone with a CRANE to fix a new AC.
We found Southwest through our building and they had an appointment early the next day! Gustavo arrived promptly and immediately began working. He quoted us a MUCH, MUCH more reasonable amount, and went out of his way to explain in detail what the issue was and future issues we may have. He even took the time to check out our bathroom fan since we were worried it may have issues since it's close to our AC wiring, fantastic service!
It's been a week after and our AC is working perfectly again!

Wow!!!! Southwest heating and air came out in the middle of the night when my furnes was broke. The techs were so helpful and fixed my furnes right away. I will recommend them to my family and friends... thank you so much southwest....
